I have just read the “solution “ offered by BT. I do understand that BT and OpenReach now run as separate companies . What I would like to say is that having this forum has been very beneficial to me. It has been very reassuring to know that other people are experiencing the same problems.
Between 22nd March 2025 and 16th April 2025 the noise stopped, resuming afterwards.
Between 3rd January to date the noise has stopped. I have no explanation for this. During these times the wind, temperature and humidity were variable.
It has been great to sleep peacefully.
