Just moved into a new build and when we go to order our broad band our address isn’t registered but we have registered it with Royal Mail, even when trying to do it manually it says not found? We have contacted bt and they say contact openreach but when we contact then they say to contact bt?
as new build do you have an openreach fibre modem installed (ONT)? if so and want to place order with BT try phoning FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and have serial number from ONT handy
