I know this is bt but this is the next best thing… How can I contact Openreach directly? Internet was suddenly cut off on Thursday with no prior warning to any interruptions. It’s now Sunday and I was advised that this issue would be resolved by 6pm yesterday (Saturday). Sky is my provider and they were not informed of any work or repairs, they were also told 6pm yesterday. Openreach have left us without internet over the weekend and looking like into the week also, in a rural area with limited mobile data, a tv package that relies on internet and work that needs to be done from home that is uncompletable.
Openreach complaints service is useless, cannot lodge any complaints, but I’m in dire need of the connection to be restored.

You can't
Openreach is not public facing
You'll have to go through your isp
There is no difference in the relationship between BT and Openreach or Sky and Openreach.
I know this doesn't really answer your question, but Zen seem to have access to Openreach's database. You may be able to find out a bit more about what is going on here:

Even if you just put your area code in, it seems to pull up a list of current faults/maintenance etc.
You speak to your provider about issues including faults , that is Sky in your case ( which makes you posting here on a BT customer forum somewhat pointless as you are not a BT customer ) ,Sky then speak to Openreach and keep you appraised if the issue is one for Openreach to resolve, that system is by design , the regulators design , don’t like the fact that you are not able to speak to Openreach directly, take it up with Ofcom , as it were them that put in place the system you apparently don’t approve of.
