0345 Numbers

Hi i thought 0345 numbers were free with my calling plan but i was charged 35p for a call i made.

@crocman  Thanks for getting back to me. Calling an 03 number should be free using the call plan minutes (20.9p per minute after you've used your minutes)

Are you sure that call was to an 0345 number? The 35p charge sounds more like the facility fee for pressing 3 to return the call after ringing 1471 as it costs 35p to use this function on all calling plans.
