I claimed my 100 pound reward I got with my Broadband on the 17th November but still haven't recived it. I have emailed BT Rewards and they have said they haven't recieved and order and asked for my VOL number, which I haven't been given. Is there any chance this could be sorted?

Log into your MyBT on the web and then go to: www.bt.com/trackmyorder and you'll see a list of your orders - see if you can see Vol number there
Hi @CRigby02, has your service been active for more than 14 days? As you've claimed the reward it would be automatically sent after your service has been active for more than 14 days.
