I claimed my 100 pound reward I got with my Broadband on the 17th November but still haven't recived it. I have emailed BT Rewards and they have said they haven't recieved and order and asked for my VOL number, which I haven't been given. Is there any chance this could be sorted?

Log into your MyBT on the web and then go to: www.bt.com/trackmyorder and you'll see a list of your orders - see if you can see Vol number there
