12 month gamepass free

I have just been connected to full fibre and have received an email telling me I can now get the gamepass. How do I do this please?

you do get a code from bt for this Game Pass Ultimate 12 months you enter that info your mircosoft account 

they will let you know how to claim your offer.

i think they have to let the order complete frist and installed

To start using your pass, log in to My BT, head for the Content Partner section, and click Add Now.

Hi, @rhocar1 you need to login to MyBT with your BT ID and password, once logged in click Manage on Your Products then scroll down to Content Partners and Add now under the Xbox game pass.

Thanks all. BT hadn't updated account. They have now and its all been sorted.
