New customer here. Just had my services activate this Thursday. Took out a deal for Full Fibre 900 with 12m of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Was told I would receive an email after my products go live with instructions on how to activate the game pass but I still haven’t got anything. Any ideas please how long till they send it out? Thank you

Welcome to BT and to the Community.
To get the Game Pass Ultimate offer, go to https://www.bt.com/mybt and log in with your MyBT log in details. Once you are in, scroll down to the part that says Your offers. You should see the option to add the Game Pass on from there.
