I have 2 accounts listed to the same email address on MyBT. Only 1 is active. How can I remove the inactive one so that I can see the details and make any changes on my active account?

Hi @andyzking, the old account is now removed from our BTID. Please would you log in and check all is working ok for you now and let us know.
