i recently changed internet to bt now i have 2 acoounts on bt app as i had one from ee but it will not let me access my new one just goes back to old one

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you had BT Sport on EE, then unfortunately we can't get that account removed from your BT ID.
The easiest way around this would be to create a new BT ID with a different email address. Do you have a second email address you could use to create a new BT ID?
