I was referred by my daughter's partner and signed up for broadband. I have an email saying the voucher was on its way, but neither of us has received anything. I think it is due to me having to change the e-mail address associated with my account because the original address was associated with an old account, and it was the only way to register my new account. This was all done with the assistance of a BT operative. Can you please advise how this can be resolved.
