I have rejoined BT after 3 months between homes but I can only see the details of my old account and not my new one. Any ideas? I spent about 3/4 of an hour talking on Chat with an advisor who said it would all be sorted within 2 hours but I still can't get to my new account details through MyBT. What am I doing wrong?
