Hello,
I recently came back to BT after I wasn't too impressed with the provider I was with before, however my account is still showing the old account number and showing I don't have broadband etc and I can't find the option to get my game pass activated.
I can only see my new account if I go to the bill page and theres a little drop box menu to select my new account, this dropbox box doesn't appear on the products page etc.
Will this fix itself since I came back to BT within 3 weeks?

When it comes to old accounts on BT ID's, that's something that we need to remove for you.
