I can sign in with my BT ID on both the web and in the BT app. But then, on the web it says “sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment. We couldn’t find any account details for that ID”. And in the app it says “sorry, we can’t show your details right now” when I click on any of my products, and it says “sorry, there was a problem” when I click on “your bills” or “your usage”.

I am sorry for the problems you're having viewing your account info when you try logging in to your BTID on both the app and on the website. We can help from here however we are a small team and it would take us a few days to get round to picking up your case.
