Charged for not returning my router

Hi there I need help I have been charged for not returning my router didn't realise I was supposed to take a picture of me taking it to post office it also says you won't be charged for 60 days would u be able to help me please

Welcome and thanks for your post!  I have moved your post to start your own thread discussion.

I am sorry that you've been charged for not returning your Hub.  When you brought the Hub to your local post office, did you get a proof of postage?
