Account in credit

My account is in credit and was advised on the phone that I could request this to be refunded to my bank online or on the app but I can’t find where to do so?

I'm not sure how you can do it online or via the app, you can call up and request it, it takes up to 5 working days to go back in the account the direct debit comes from.

Ring 0330 1234 150

Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm

Weekends and bank holidays 8am - 8pm

Calls to 0330 1234 150 are free when calling from the BT network. Calls from other networks may be charged.
