I seem to have my accounts crossed, the MyBT App on iOS doesn't work, the EETV iOS app is telling me I don't have a subscription, I do, access to MyBT on the web is sporadic.
I spent 150 minutes with online chat early last week trying to resolve and was told this would be escalated and I'd hear by the end of the week. This hasn't occurred.
I want to get things normalised, is there a method to work to a resolution using some assistance from one of the 'staff' here please?
