Issues on MyBT with multiple account numbers

Is anybody else having issues with old account numbers on MyBT - just seems to keep automatically flitting between different older ones (despite me choosing my current one) and some tabs are fixed on older account numbers that I cannot change. I just want to see my current one for all tabs..

Hi @george_alexandros, you can't delete the old accounts from your BTID.

You can either set up a new BTID with a different email address for your active account, or have your BTID deleted and you can set it up again 24hrs after the deletion is completed.
