Account not showing under products in my BT

Hello,

I have been having an issue with MyBT for a while in that it shows three account numbers under MyBT. I spoke with a very helpful customer advisor over the phone that managed to assist in removing the two old account numbers however I am still having issues. 

Under: your details - account - it shows  my current account number with the two old ones now removed whereas before it showed three. However, when I go to either 'billing' or 'my products' it shows only the two old account numbers and not my current one meaning I cannot view the products currently attached to my account nor view my billing. I have gone through the guide sent to me to link the account number however this does not seem to have rectified the issue. 

I can see from previous posts that moderators have managed to resolve similar issues so I have tagged below.

Any help regarding the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @danp147, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

As the old accounts don't show under your accounts it should work ok.

If you're using a web browser try clearing your cookies and cache. If you're using the app try an uninstall and re-install of the app and see if either of these suggestions resolve the problem. Post back and let us know how you get on.
