Account request pending

I am trying to manage my mother's phone account she’s 78 and keeps accidentally blocking numbers so agreed for me to mange. I have requested to manage the account with my mother's account number. The account now just shows a "request pending" message. How long is this likely to take? Thanks for any help you can give.

It should be immediate.

Are you setting it up as account manager or account holder?

If account manager, and she doesn't already have a BTID, try setting it up as account holder.

If she already has a BTID why not just use that.
