I can't add my account to my BTID. When I put my account number in it then says that it needs to send a 
PIN and to choose how to receive it but there are no choices. I'm needing to report a fault on my landline. My nephew reported it via his mobile but got no response from BT.

Hi @Val1944, the fault with the telephone line has been fixed earlier today and your online account is now successfully linked.
