Help. My BT is somehow still linked to an old address with my email address. I'm trying to look at my Bt details and all I can see is there's and there billing

Sorry you're having problems with your BTiD. It sounds like there's an old account still linked to it. I can get the removed for you. I've sent you a private message so drop me a reply with the details and I'll look into it.
