Reward Card - VOL Number

Hi,

I claimed my reward card on 02/04/23 (although my FFTP was not installed until 09/06).  I contacted BT Rewards to ask about my Reward Card and they said that they are unable to find a reward card on the system for me and asked that I contact BT directly and ask for a VOL number.  I have tried to do this via the chat function but don't seem to have much luck as not sure which category it falls under.  Please can any one advise on the best way to contact BT directly to ask for this?

Hi @katic22, the reward card order has been processed for you now and you'll receive the reward card within 30 days.

In the unlikely event it doesn't arrive within 30 days first check your spam/junk folder and if it's not there post back and let me know and I'll be happy to chase it up for you.
