I have made multiple calls to BT to try to add an account that has disappeared from the app.

Hi @SAC13, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.
If the account was already on the app it's unlikely to disappear.
Do you have more than one account on your BTID? If so check the account you are viewing is your current account and not an old account.
