Add ons

Anyone else being charged for both Now Boost and the HD 4k add ons? Used to be one charge for both and having looked through posts regarding this, it looks like it was correct. 

I renewed my contract last month and now I'm seeing both charges. This wasn't mentioned when I renewed my contract.

Hi @Al08 

It depends on what BT TV pack you have. 
 Ie if you have Sport as your base TV pack  and for example have Now entertainment or cinema as an addon  then the HD/4K addon  and Now Boost  addon would be charged individually.

If you have Entertainment/ Big Entertainment/Big Sport/VIP as your base pack then the HD/4K and Now Boost  addons are  combined asa single charge.

So which pack do you currently have ?
