Hi, New customer with fibre broadband and trying to associate my Account number with my BT ID.
It accepts the account number and says to wait up to 5 minutes but it never resolves. Tried multiple times over the last few hours. Also tried flipping to a different browser and device.
Always returns to the 'You don't have any accounts ..' screen.
Any tips?!

Hi @stevenwross, sorry you can't get your account linked to the BTID.
