i am in desperate need to get this issue fixed, since moving to bt 3 weeks ago i havent been able to use any of the apps, and have phoned 3x with one deleting my account to get the issue resolved but still nothing, when i try to add my account to bt id i just get you dont have any acount to manage even after i add it
