BT still has an incorrect postal address for me.
None of the My BT optons will let me change it.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately @rogerwhit these days if the CS units are not able to effect the change via the systems they have access to , they don’t seem to be able to direct the issue/problem to offline teams that could own the issue. The default route then seems for the customer to raise a complaint whereby the problem should be tracked and addressed.
