Upgraded my package with BT and now getting no bills on my account and saying if my bill is with EE i can view them here but i have no account with EE.

Hi @spireflyer, sorry you can't access your account. Try clearing cookies and cache, on a different device, or internet browser if possible and if you still can't access your account get in touch with us via this page: Broadband | BT Help
