Im getting frustrated with BT atm , signed up over 2months ago . Been on phone to pure-card and bt . Nobody’s helping with this Amazon £100 gift card.
genuinely been let down and looking to cancel my contract if not sorted .

PureCard only deal with BT Reward Card, which is a digital prepaid credit card. They don't deal with Amazon Gift Cards.
How did you place your order was it placed through a 3rd party website? What was the offer?

Thank you for replying back. I'm not aware of any Amazon Gift Card being offered through the bt.com unless they are part of a referrer a friend offer.

When you placed your order did you get any confirmation emails confirming Amazon Gift Card or did you happen to take any screenshots of the offer?
