Amazon £50 Gift Card

Greetings,

I had been referred by my neighbour to BT last year. We both received an email in early Augest 2023, saying we were going to receive the £50 voucher after 30 days. However, neither of us have received it yet.

Would someone please help?

Unfortunately, there's nothing related to BT or Amazon vouchers in those folders.
