Amazon Reward card

I’m signed up via refer a friend offer and we were both to receive a £50 Amazon reward however even though we have both received email to say we would get it we still haven’t received. I tried to call and the lady wasn’t much help and said someone would call me back and I’m still waiting almost 5 days later.

Has the broadband been connected? and the first bill paid?

The Refer A Friend offer advises "You should both receive your rewards via email within 45 days of your friend’s broadband activation date."

Has the 45 days passed yet?

Thank you. Yes broadband is connected. First bill is paid and second due in 5 days.

If the second bill is due in a few days then that would suggest that the broadband hasn't been connected for 45 days.
Is that correct?

Yes that’s correct however the email I received states 30 days and it’s over 30 days.

Hi @Alicia2922, thanks for posting back. The When will we get our reward? section does advise 45 days and sorry the email said 30 days. 

We can't chase it until 45 days have passed. Hopefully you will receive it by then. If it hasn't arrived after the 45 days please post back and let us know and we'll be happy to chase it up for you.
