Sorry, but it looks like we can't deliver HD Channels to you at the moment." back every time. How do I cancel this service please? Thank you for your help!!

Hi @andersr welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Only BT Sport monthly pass customers can cancel in MyBT. The HD channels message indicates you have the BT sport app as part of a BT TV plan and you'll need to call to cancel 0800 783 1401 Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm, Weekends and bank holidays 8am - 8pm.
