Apparently I have activated an XBox Ultimate Pass tonight despite not requesting it.

I received an email from BT tonight to tell me that I have activated an XBox Ultimate Pass.

I do not and never have owned an XBox.

I have never played a video game in my life.

I did not activate any XBox Ultimate Pass so why would BT think I have?

This morning I cancelled my BT TV package and tonight I get this nonsense.

I would like to know how this can happen and why BT intend to charge me £10 a month for something I never requested??

Sorted. Apparently it's a software glitch when BT were converting systems to EE. Thousands of customers affected! Mine has been cancelled but good luck everyone else.
