Are others still unable to access their accounts. 10 weeks on

Is anyone else still unable to access their accounts on line. I've been talking to them for 10 weeks now and still not resolved. I can add my personal details but can't add my account because I never receive a pin number through phone number or email.

No access here either. I phoned BT last week and they said it would be fixed over the weekend, but it's still not working.
