BT Account issues

Hi

I have just signed up for BT in the last few months. I seem to have several issues with my BT account

I can login, however I cannot see any of my bills. I am told I don't have any even though I receive text messages to say that my new bill is available online.

I have just had BT fibre installed,  which includes a free Xbox ultimate pass for 12 months. I again received an text message from BT saying that this was now available via my account. It is not available when I follow instructions I have been sent.

Also there doesn't seem to be an option to call BT regarding account issues so hoping someone can either tell me how to resolve this or tell me the best option to report this issue.

Try calling BT Customer Services 0800.800.150
