I’m trying to contact BT regarding one of their fibre options but no matter what number I ring I’m being asked for my BT number which I don’t have??

You can call the main customer service number: 03301234150
Then choose option for broadband and phone, then option 3 to place an order.
If it's also a generic question the community maybe also able to help answer it here.
