BT Customer Service

I have just phoned BT from my mobile on 03330 1234 150 to speak to them about my bill. It took a while to get through but when I did I was spoken to by an adviser who asked my name and my mobile number so he could call me back!

Is this usual policy for BT? It's been ten minutes and he still hasn't called!

And I suspect you won't get any call back. It's a good way of keeping pesky customers from disturbing BT's more important stuff!
