Hi everyone,
I’ve returned by BT SmartHub using the prepaid envelope sent by BT and it says ‘delivered’ in Royal Mail’s tracking page over a week ago. However, the MyBT homepage still says ‘awaiting return’.
Anyone encountered similar? Any suggestions?

Hi, @pingshang I'm sorry about the delay in processing your returned equipment, it's currently taking approximately 3 weeks for the systems to be updated that we've received your equipment after it's been received.

If you have Proof of Postage or Proof of Receipt you can call BT 0330 1234 150 and they will update your account.
