Hi,
I set up a new BT ID, received the activation email, clicked the link and entered my password on website to activate account. It said activated. I then went to 'My BT' page and all I get is the following message on screen.
Your activation email was sent to ----------. You need to click the link in this email before you can login to your account.
I clicked the emailed link again and went through the process but I am getting the same message on the screen.
I have clicked the resend activation email numerous times and it will not send me a new email to activate account.
I tried changing email addresses but am coming up against the same problems.
So I am unable to log onto my account or do anything.
