I had multiple accounts. My old accounts have been removed.
I know get this message
“We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again”
Can someone help?

Sorry that you can't access your account online at present. As you've had an old account removed please would you clear your cookies and cache, try using a different internet browser and see if either of those options resolve the problem.
