I have moved away from BT as my broadand provider and they were providing my GamePass subscription which has now expired but on XBOX it still says it is managed by BT/EE and I can't renew. How do I get this disconnected?

Thanks for posting on the Community.
To help with this give our Customer Services team a call on 03301234150, and give them your old account information, they can raise a ticket to an offline team on your behalf to get your Xbox account disconnected from your old account.
