Hi, I believe I need BT to raise an ORDI request with Openreach to get my address/house name updated. My account is still under the old house name which was changed a number of years ago. The new house name and address appears as a separate entry in the broadband checker on BT’s and Openreach’s websites, so I need the data updated somehow. Can a moderator help with this please?

Please can you confirm that you are a current BT Broadband customer?
Yes I am a current broadband customer. When I moved into the house last year I used the old house name to place the order and everything went ok (somehow the router still got delivered to the right house). Royal Mail have the correct address it’s just that things don’t quite match up on the Openreach side. I’d like to get this sorted in case I need to move providers in the future or just for potential future equipment delivery from BT. Thanks!

I can get this looked into for you and hopefully get everything sorted.
I've sent you a private message with some details that I'll need. When you reply back to it, make sure you include your address as listed with the Royal Mail so I can make sure both our records and then Openreach records are updated.
