Hi, I missed my first payment for BT, as I was unsure what date the first payment would be made and didn't transfer to right account in time.
Our account was suspended, so i made a payment this morning and was wondering when the connection would be back as my partner works from home and because of the area we live, we don't even have cellular signal.
Is there any way we can get this back quicker?
