I have a BT REF: IMP letter from 'A Brown Glasgow' and it states that the address has been changed! However this morning another BT letter with the old address arrived this morning. Obviously the BT Ref: IMP letter has not been accepted at some point! Please investigate asap. I don't know if the next bill will arrive at the new address, 'Horizonesque?'. The letter file is too large for this site!

the CS service number 03301234150 is free. try different browser as message us works fine possibly not on mobile unless you have set to desktop view

None of us have been living in your head for the last six months, so if you want us to understand your issue, you need to explain it to usf. "The service changed":
Was upgraded?
Was ceased?
Was moved to another property?
Remained the same but the address name was changed?
Something else?
Is this a business or residential service, as you mentioned a farm, which would be a business?
