Waiting for the inevitable email that never was....
Signed up, had the equipment and loads of emails about everything except the reward card, which is one of the main reasons I decided to go for BT so that I could recover all the "set-up" fees.
Any suggestions? I checked my account and it says I'm not eligible?

Hello, pretty sure I ordered on BT website on 1st October.
There was confusion about my order with landline missed too which was resolved.
@JoyR If the order was changed, this may have caused a problem. The reward cards are not offered directly from the BT website, did you use a comparison site to see the offer?
