BT Reward Card

Have had multiple emails telling me to login and claim my reward card for signing up, but every time I do I just get a black screen. Can anyone please help with this? Thank you

Have you tried from https://www.bt.com/claimmyreward and then follow the prompts ?
If not you can call 0800 800 150, advisors can raise the claim on your behalf

Hello,  I'm having issues claiming my reward card.  I keep getting the standard message "sorry we can't bring up your details at the moment.  Please try again later".  Tried phoning a BT agent without success.
