BT Reward card

Good Morning,

My BT Reward was 'claimed' on 9 May. 

I have checked a few times since and have received no further correspondence or any information in BT Reward portal. I've even checked spam folders and live alone so I would have definitely received the card.

I don't like to complain, but it has been well over 30 days now, and the 100 GBP reward card would be very useful right now! Can somebody please help?
