Yes I tried it on my iPad and on my I phone I will try it again on lap top to see if I can get any joy if I can’t I will let you know
Just tried it on my laptop but still no joy it loads a page but nothing on just blank page
Hey I’m in a similar situation as you and from the previous posts it seems some have received the rewards after chasing BT, I feel your frustration, As i also claimed the reward card in November, I contacted BT a few times still not received mine, It’s frustrating that we have to chase BT just to get a reward that was included in the offer by them
I won’t be recommending BT ever again

You can both either carry on attempting to sort this out with BT over the phone which from your posts seems to be going nowhere, or, if a Moderator hasn't already seen your posts, just pick one out who is a regular on this forum and see if they'll sort it out for you, because it seems that is the only way some customers are getting results.

No, it isn't a scam, you've just been let down by a system that clearly has issues. I'm sure it won't be long before a Moderator picks this up.
Hopefully it isn’t. Looking at all the posts on the forum it seems like a scam or a big c***k up by BT.
If you have claimed the card and received an acknowledgement email from BT it takes 30 days for the card to be delivered.
There may well be a delay because of the festive period.
I will however advise the moderators of this and the will contact you on this thread.
