I managed to get through on the phone, no definite answer on whether the payments will stop, just hopeful they will. Was told refunds should be within 24-48hours. Not really helpful if they're still taking money

I became a monthly BT Sport subscriber at the start of September (September 1st) - it charged me £25 then and again today (October 3rd) £25 for my subscription. But then charged me £25 three more times today. I have lost £25 from the first charge and then moved the money to a different account. I would like my £25 back and I would like my BT Sport subscription cancelled, immediately.
